Yoga with Adi

Adi Westerman (E-RYT 500) is the founder and director of Hot Yoga Asheville, the region’s premier Hot 26 and Vinyasa studio. With extensive experience leading workshops and teacher trainings, her expertise has been recognized in Yoga International as well as on WLOS and WYFF.

Now based in Costa Rica, she leads yoga and wellness retreats and is developing El Nido, an events center in Uvita featuring state-of-the-art yoga facilities, a recording studio, and direct access to the famous Whale’s Tail beach. Adi is widely respected for her precise instruction and exceptional focus on form and alignment.
